A. Product Function A1. Product Solutions Conduct market intelligence and product surveys to gather insights. Develop innovative product solutions and enhancements. Formulate product strategies and planning initiatives. Deal with reinsurers to finalize the product features and manage reinsurance treaty arrangements effectively. A2. Product Proposition Clarify the customer journey to ensure seamless experiences. Develop and provide sales toolkits to support the sales force. Present product offerings to partners (RAF). Prepare external product reports for regulatory bodies (MOF/AVI). Facilitate product introductions and conduct training sessions. A3. Product Marketing Provide support for new business block initiatives. Develop and execute product marketing strategies and activities. Assist with special projects as requested. B. Product Development B1. Internal Deliverables Design and conceptualize product ideas. Conduct risk analysis to ensure product viability. Define operational product specifications for integration into the policy management system. B2. MOF Filing Prepare policy wording, underwriting rules, and exclusions. Develop brochures and marketing materials. Draft BBQ-wording for regulatory submissions. C. Management, Support, and Accountability for the Product Team C1. Full Accountability for Product Function Take full ownership and responsibility for all aspects of the product function. C2. Collaboration with Senior Management Engage with higher management to address human resource needs and critical issues, ensuring the continuous improvement and strengthening of the product function.
